Description Abstract
|
This coverage contains 1977 land use data as drafted on USGS quadrangle sheets by the staff of the Cuyahoga County Regional Planning Commission. The quadrangles were then digitized using a run length encoding technique sampling along horizontal lines which represented the midline of cells with a height of 250 feet. The measurement increment along these horizontal lines was one decafoot(10 feet). The user should bear in mind that this coverage is only an approximation of the original land use. Additional details on the digitizing process are available on request. |
