Description:

The
Population Estimates Program (PEP) annually releases total
population estimates for places and, in selected states, county
subdivisions (minor civil divisions). The most recent release
was in 2000, covering the years 1994 to 1999. The reference
date for place and county subdivision population estimates
is July 1.

Description:

The
Census Bureau releases annual time series of county population
estimates by age, sex, race and hispanic origin. The zipped
Excel97 spreadsheet contains estimates of the population of
Ohio and the counties in the Cleveland-Akron CMSA by 5-year
age groups (0 to 4 years, 5 to 9 years, ....., 80 to 84 years,
85 years and over), sex (male, female), and modified race/Hispanic
Origin for 1 July 1998. The HTML tables provide race and hispanic
origin totals for 1 April 1990 and 1 July 1999 and the percent
change between these dates.
